Amyrah Collection is a women’s clothing retailer offering apparel, accessories, and related products. We operate both online and offline and these Terms apply to both channels unless otherwise specified.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.amyrahcollection.com, as well as, purchases made through our online and offline store. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
We reserve the right to update, to replace, modify, amend, add or remove all or any part or portion of these Terms and Condition at any time with or without prior notice. The visitor or reader is advised to check these Terms and Conditions time to time for any changes made.
Eligibility
You are 18 years old or older to use our website or purchasing from our store. All the personal information you provide while registration or payment is accurate and complete.
Products Avability
All products displayed online and in-store are subject to availability.
There might be a failure in processing of the order due to slow Internet Connection, Technical Default, etc or it might so happen that the item(s) selected and put in the cart is not available anymore or it has been sold to some other customer. Such situation also arises in cases of shortage of products of a particular range or price discount offered or high demand at that point of time.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however variations may occur due to screen display or fabric differences.
Payments
To make shopping hassle free, we accept payments through UPI and Net Banking.
Cash on Delivery at selected places only.
If the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, we shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Customer without any liability whatsoever.
Orders
Orders placed online shall be confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and once the payment of the item(s) is confirmed, we will arrange to pack and deliver the product to you.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary based on your location, so estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and we shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
03 Days - Return and Exchange Policy.
Our Team takes a great care in inspecting and packing the products for you. However due to any reason if you are not satisfied with our product, then we shall rectify the problem or exchange the product.
You have to return the product(s) to us within 3 days from the date, the order was delivered for a full refund on the product value. Alternatively, you can also exchange the product for a different size or colour subject to the availability of the product. No exchange or return request will be accepted after the 03 days from the date of delivery.
Quality Check
Amyrah Collection reserves the right to accept returns or exchange the product based on Quality Inspection.
Once we receive the product(s) it undergoes a Quality Check from our Quality Assurance Team. The product(s) with stain/body odors/perfume scents/any kind of marks/damages (other than manufacturing defects) will not be accepted for exchange. On successful quality check of the product(s) received at our end, we will approve your return or exchange request.
For hassle free return or exchange experience ensure that the product is unused, unaltered and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the tags. Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Money Back Policy.
Once our Quality Assurance Team will approve your return or exchange request, the refund amount shall be credited into the Bank Account of the Customer by Amyrah Collection within 13 working days. In case of 'Cash on Delivery' orders, the refund amount will be deposited into the bank account of the Customer only, so the Customer needs to provide their bank account details at the time of placing return order.
For the 03 Days Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion or event, then Amyrah Collection will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
For Retun and Exchange at Offline Store.
Amyrah Collection will entertain exchange or return of the product only if it is unused, unaltered and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the tags. Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The customer needs to produce the original bill of purchase to facilitate the process of exchange or return. The product(s) must be exchanged within 03 days from date of purchase. No exchange or return request will be accepted after the 03 days from the date of delivery.
The Product(s) with stain/body odors/perfume scents/any kind of marks/damages (other than manufacturing defects) will not be accepted for exchange.
Intellectual Property
All content or information on our website, including images, logos, product designs, is owned by Amyrah Collection and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Privacy Policy
By accepting this privacy policy you authorize us, to collect, store and use the information provided by you during registration or purchasing on our Website or Application.
The information collected by us shall be used to contact you for the purpose of order fullfillment or for website related news or services or offers available.
Some of your information may be shared with and used by third parties who shall need to have access to your information, such as courier company for shipping your order, credit card processing companies or banks for payment settlement etc.
